Information clause

The administrator of your personal data is Przebadani.pl Sp. z o.o., ul. Nowogrodzka 31, 00-511 Warsaw, NIP: 522 317 87 14 (hereinafter „Przebadani”).

The personal data provided in the contact form and provided as part of the correspondence sent will be processed in order to answer the question, i.e. taking action at the request of the data subject, pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of the Administrator in connection with his service activities. Personal data will be processed by the Administrator for the period necessary to conduct correspondence, and then for archival purposes (no longer than 24 months).

In the event of any claims, the correspondence constituting evidence in the case may be processed longer.

Providing data is voluntary. The personal data provided may be disclosed by the Tested entities providing technical and IT support (hosting, maintenance and IT systems maintenance services).

In the case of sent messages related to the implementation of the contract or offers, the processing of your personal data will take place on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR.

Your rights:

You have the right to access your data, the right to correct it, the right to request its deletion, limitation of processing and objection, as well as the right to transfer data in the cases and to the extent specified in the GDPR. If you believe that the Tested is processing your data in a manner inconsistent with the provisions, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, based in (00-193) Warsaw, at ul. Stawki 2.

Your data sent in the contact form will not be processed in an automated manner, which could at the same time lead to decisions having legal effects or similarly significantly affect your situation. The information sent is treated confidentially and properly secured. The administrator will not transfer your personal data to third countries, i.e. outside the EEA, or international organizations.
